DOC Wants New Rates On Chinese Chlorine Importers

Law360, Washington (July 12, 2011, 4:33 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday announced preliminary findings that four Chinese importers of chlorinated isocyanurates, one of which sold the product in the U.S. below its normal value, should be subject to new anti-dumping duty rates.

Commerce is currently conducting an administrative review of the anti-dumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China, for which the period of review is June 1, 2009, through May 31, 2010. The review covers Hebei Jiheng Chemical Co. Ltd., Zhucheng Taisheng Chemical Co. Ltd., Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co. Ltd....
