Fidelity Shells Out $4.5M To Settle HUD Kickback Claims

Law360, New York (July 11, 2011, 6:23 PM EDT) -- Fidelity National Financial Inc. has agreed to pay $4.5 million to resolve allegations that it improperly paid real estate brokers kickbacks for the referral of settlement service business, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development announced Monday.
