Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A group of State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. policyholders asked the U.S. Supreme Court in a petition released last week to reconsider a Seventh Circuit decision stripping them of class certification in a suit over the insurer’s refusal to cover hail damage.
