Travelers Off Hook In $10M Cosmetics Coverage Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 2:45 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court affirmed a judgment Monday that found Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America was right to deny $10 million in coverage to Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. after a customer sued the company over toxins in its nail polishes.
