Samsung Wants Law Firm Kicked Off Apple IP Fight

Law360, New York (July 12, 2011, 1:20 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. asked a California federal judge on Monday to disqualify Bridges & Mavrakakis LLP from representing Apple Inc. in a patent infringement suit over smartphones and tablet computers, saying the firm had previously counseled Samsung in similar matters.
