Unions Object To Tower Disclosure Statement

Law360, New York (May 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of unions involved in the Chapter 11 proceedings of auto parts maker Tower Automotive has objected to the company's disclosure statement, claiming the statement does not offer adequate information.

In a motion filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the Milwaukee Unions formally objected to Tower's disclosure statement.
