Cleaning Co. Fights $35M HHS Contract Award

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 4:16 PM EDT) -- East West Inc. asked a federal court Tuesday to enjoin the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services from awarding or commencing performance of a nearly $35 million custodial services contract that the company was denied.
