Ex-Lawmaker Asks 9th Circ. To Revive PPACA Challenge

Law360, Los Angeles (July 13, 2011, 5:47 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a former California legislator challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act told the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday that it should reverse a district court’s dismissal of the case for lack of standing.
