Judge Refuses To Toss Lead Counsel From Listerine MDL

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday overrode McNeil-PPC Inc.'s objections to the appointment of Scott Cole & Associates APC as lead counsel in multidistrict litigation accusing it of misrepresenting the effectiveness of Listerine mouthwash, but he barred one of the firm's attorneys from the MDL.
