Jiau Says Fraud Verdict Based On Speculation

Law360, New York (July 13, 2011, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Winifred Jiau, a former Primary Global Research LLC consultant convicted of securities fraud, asked a New York federal court Wednesday for an acquittal on charges she sold tips about technology company earnings to hedge fund managers, saying the jury relied on speculation.
