Gas Cos. Granted Review Of FERC Orders

Law360, New York (May 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A slew of gas companies led by ExxonMobil scored a partial victory Tuesday in its protracted tiff over pipeline tariffs when an appeals court granted its petition for review of a FERC order regarding reparations.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit responded in defense of FERC's income tax allowance policy and its interpretation of the Energy Policy Act, however, declining to review those two orders.
