Court Refuses To Increase Award In ING Case

Law360, New York (May 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former ING Funds Distributor LLC mutual fund salesman who asked a district court to increase the damages awarded to him in a National Association of Securities Dealers arbitration has been denied.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled against Stuart Fromm in a case filed in February against ING and five of its executives.
