Feds Want Blagojevich Back In Court With Bond Docs

Law360, New York (July 14, 2011, 5:03 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors asked a federal judge Tuesday to haul former Ill. Gov. Rod Blagojevich back into court to be admonished for failing to produce paperwork required to keep him out of prison while he awaits sentencing on corruption convictions.

The government asked that Blagojevich be ordered to appear before the court Friday so that he can submit and sign documents spelling out the value of his personal residence and a second residential property that he owns.
