BattleLore Owner Starts Copyright Clash Over IPad Game

Law360, San Diego (July 15, 2011, 7:51 PM EDT) -- The owner of the war strategy and adventure board game BattleLore on Friday launched a suit in Minnesota accusing Puffin Software of copyright infringement and unfair competition for selling a computerized version of a nearly identical game through Apple Inc.’s App Store.
