EEOC Injunction Bid Rejected In Exxon Case

Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Texas judge has dealt a blow to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, denying its bid for a preliminary injunction in a case in which it accuses Exxon Mobil Corp. of age discrimination because the company forces pilots to stop flying at age 60.
