Church Says Movie Infringes Cross Design Copyright

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 1:27 PM EDT) -- Church of God filed suit in Tennessee on Thursday against Sony Worldwide Acquisitions Inc., Comcast Corp. and others, claiming the emblem used by the church in the movie “Salvation Boulevard” infringes its copyrighted cross design.
