Canadian Citric Acid Maker Seeks NAFTA Duty Review

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 4:07 PM EDT) -- Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. has filed a request with the North American Free Trade Agreement Secretariat seeking a review of a recent U.S. decision on anti-dumping duties imposed on its citric acid and citrate salts imports, according to a Federal Register notice released Monday.
