Merrill Lynch, LaSalle Bank Object To ResMae Plan

Law360, New York (May 31, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Merrill Lynch and LaSalle Bank National Association have filed limited objections to bankruptcy subprime lender ResMae Mortgage Company's proposed amended reorganization plan.

In motions filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the two said they each had concerns about how unliquidated claims will be treated, among other things.

ResMae filed a reorganization plan and disclosure statement at the end of March. The court approved the disclosure statement in April, and is scheduled to consider confirming the plan on June 5....
