Relacore Customer Drops Fraud Action

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 5:12 PM EDT) -- A Florida woman agreed Monday to dismiss the remainder of her proposed class action accusing Basic Research LLC of falsely claiming dietary supplement Relacore helped people reduce anxiety and lose weight, following the company's victory in a similar case in California.
