US Blasts Westgate Fraudster's Bid To Annul Sentence

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Monday told a New York federal judge that a former Westgate Capital Management LLC investment manager serving 40 years for a $140 million fraud cannot blame his lawyer for bad advice in a bid to vacate his prison sentence.
