Grubb & Ellis Sues Former Execs For Poaching Brokers

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 8:59 PM EDT) -- Grubb & Ellis Co. filed a lawsuit Friday accusing two former high-level employees of violating their contracts to help rival Colliers International orchestrate a raid of 23 corporate real estate brokers in the Washington area.
