Man Cops To False Statements In Cook Ponzi Probe

Law360, New York (July 18, 2011, 8:08 PM EDT) -- A Minneapolis man pled guilty Monday to making false statements to federal prosecutors in connection with about $150,000 in assets hidden in relation to Crown Forex SA principal Trevor Cook’s $190 million foreign currency exchange Ponzi scheme.

Jon Jason Greco admitted to one count of making a false and material statement in connection with the scheme that  defrauded more than 900 investors out of tens of millions of dollars, according to prosecutors. He was charged in March in Minnesota federal court.
