Kaiser Workers Should Redo Calif. Union Vote: Judge

Law360, New York (July 19, 2011, 3:46 PM EDT) -- The results of an election in which thousands of Kaiser Permanente health care workers in California voted to stay with Service Employees International Union rather than switch to National Union of Healthcare Workers should be set aside, an administrative law judge said Thursday.
