Feds Contest Ex-CCI Execs' Bid To Dismiss Bribery Case

Law360, San Diego (July 19, 2011, 9:41 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors on Monday fought a move by former executives and employees of valve control maker Control Components Inc. to dismiss part of a California bribery case against them for applying a law covering domestic corruption to foreign acts.
