Appeals Court Remands Part Of Citizen Kane Case

Law360 (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has remanded a lower court ruling that said the daughter of legendary filmmaker Orson Welles didn't have a right to an accounting of royalties she claimed she was owed from the profits of Citizen Kane.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday sent a portion of the case back to the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
