Dow, Others Keep Right To Compel In Urethane Case

Law360, New York (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge has granted Dow Chemical and a slew of other defendants more time to file motions to compel plaintiffs to produce documents in the long-standing multidistrict antitrust litigation against urethane manufacturers and distributors.

U.S. Magistrate Judge David Waxse approved the request Friday, only one day after the group asked the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas for an extension to file motions to compel regarding the intervening plaintiffs first set of discovery responses, according to court documents.
