9/11 Case Defendants Use "Twombly" Defense

Law360 (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Using a recent Supreme Court antitrust ruling to bolster their case, defendants in the ongoing mass tort litigation brought by the families and survivors of the 9/11 terrorist attacks argued Thursday that the suit should be dismissed.
