Bill To Curtail NLRB Authority Heads To Committee

Law360, New York (July 20, 2011, 7:06 PM EDT) -- A U.S. House of Representatives committee will hold a markup Thursday of a bill introduced this week by Rep. Tim Scott, R-S.C., who said the legislation would bar the National Labor Relations Board from dictating the location of American jobs.
