Ex-Wis. VA Secretary Hit With 3 Race Bias Suits

Law360, New York (July 20, 2011, 8:59 PM EDT) -- Former Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs Kenneth Black was sued Wednesday in Wisconsin federal court by three men who claim he discriminated against white male employees.

In separate complaint, the three plaintiffs — all white men who say they were demoted, denied a job or pushed out because of their sex and race — accuse the ex-secretary, who is black, of regularly discriminating against white men.
