Judge Won't Block Kratos' $266M Integral Systems Bid

Law360, New York (July 20, 2011, 9:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge in Maryland on Wednesday refused to block Kratos Defense & Security Solutions Inc.'s proposed purchase of rival security and surveillance company Integral Systems Inc. ahead of a July 26 shareholder vote on the $266 million deal.

U.S. District Judge James K. Bredar denied a motion for preliminary injunction from a group of Integral shareholders, but did not elaborate on his decision.
