Undocumented Worker Claims Sent To Federal Court

Law360 (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- About 100 undocumented workers who allegedly had their one chance at legal status ruined by a Texas fast food eatery and its former law firm will be forced to fight their case at the federal level, a judge ruled Wednesday.
