ITC Won't Drop Duties On Steel Plate, Ammonium Nitrate

Law360, New York (July 21, 2011, 5:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday announced that anti-dumping duty orders would remain in place on ammonium nitrate from Russia and stainless steel plate from Belgium, South Korea, South Africa and Taiwan.

The agency said it had concluded in its five-year reviews of the anti-dumping duties that revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.
