$10M Suit Says Pfizer Failed To Warn Of Dilantin Effects

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 5:54 PM EDT) -- The mother of a New York boy who died in 2009 sued Pfizer Inc. for $10 million in New York on Wednesday, accusing the drug giant of failing to warn about side effects of anti-seizure treatment Dilantin that she says shortened her son's life.
