China Complains To WTO Again Over US Zeroing

Law360, New York (July 22, 2011, 5:24 PM EDT) -- China has asked the World Trade Organization to review the United States' use of zeroing to calculate dumping duties on exports of warmwater shrimp and saw blades, China's trade watchdog announced Friday.

The country lodged a supplementary request for consultations over the use of zeroing, according to China's Ministry of Commerce.
