Class Certified In Trimmed Wells Fargo Suit

Law360, New York (June 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The judge overseeing a securities suit against Wells Fargo & Co. has signed an order certifying a plaintiff class, but has dramatically pared down the scope of the lawsuit's claims, limiting the pool of prospective plaintiffs to purchasers of shares of three Wells Fargo mutual funds.
