Customer Service Reps Hit Schwab With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A putative class of customer service specialists that allege they were misclassified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act while working for Charles Schwab & Co. want to “Talk to Chuck” about unpaid overtime wages and liquidated damages, according to a recently filed lawsuit.
