InterDigital Sues Nokia, Others Over 3G Patents

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 4:22 PM EDT) -- InterDigital Inc. said Tuesday it had filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission and a related suit in Delaware accusing Nokia Corp., Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. and ZTE Corp. of importing 3G wireless products that infringe seven InterDigital patents.

King of Prussia, Pa.-based InterDigital also filed a companion suit Tuesday in Delaware similarly alleging that the three companies produce devices that use 3G wireless technologies that infringe the same seven patents, including mobile phones, mobile hotspots, USB sticks and tablets.
