ERX Incentive Program Changes — Too Little, Too Late?

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 3:11 PM EDT) -- Providers frustrated with the apparent disconnects between the Electronic Prescribing (eRx) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) programs may receive relief under a new proposed eRx incentive program rule (the NPRM).
