Photog Sues TV Networks For Copyright Infringement

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 6:10 PM EDT) -- A New York photographer sued NBCUniversal Media LLC and others for copyright infringement in Missouri federal court Tuesday, claiming that an interior decorator on Bravo Media LLC's "Million Dollar Decorators" blew up a photograph without the artist's permission.

Photographer Michael Eastman says interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard improperly enlarged Eastman's photograph to mural size and hung it in the living room of actress and model Daisy Fuentes, as featured on the show.
