Nestle Slapped With Suit Over Leaking Water Coolers

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 7:57 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania couple on Tuesday launched a putative class action in federal court accusing Nestle Waters North America Inc. of falsely claiming that its in-home Deer Park water cooler system uses only the highest-quality materials and is thoroughly inspected for defects.
