Author Wins Libel Case Over Telegraph Review

Law360, New York (July 26, 2011, 8:05 PM EDT) -- A British court ruled Tuesday that a 2008 Daily Telegraph review of Sarah Thornton's book about the art world libelously accused the author of falsely claiming to have interviewed the reviewer, awarding her £65,000 ($107,000) in damages.
