Ford Misled Jury In Acceleration Injury Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 6:09 PM EDT) -- A Florida state judge last week vacated a judgment for Ford Motor Co. and ordered a new trial for damages in a suit over an injury allegedly caused by the unintended acceleration of a Ford van, saying the carmaker misled the jury.
