Health Care Reform Opponents Appeal To Supreme Court

Law360, New York (July 27, 2011, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The Thomas More Law Center on Tuesday filed the first U.S. Supreme Court challenge to the federal health care reform law, asking the high court to rule whether Congress can require private citizens to buy health insurance.
