EPA Backs CAA Emission Fees Program

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 5:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday said it planned to greenlight a revised rule proposed by California's San Joaquin Valley that would set up an alternative program to meet emission fee collection requirements under the Clean Air Act.
