Judge Won't Toss Sherrod's Defamation Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (July 28, 2011, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday refused to toss a defamation suit lodged by former U.S. Department of Agriculture official Shirley Sherrod against conservative blogger Andrew Breitbart over a doctored video he posted last year of Sherrod appearing to make racist remarks.
