High Court Agrees To Hear FedEx Discrimination Case

Law360 (June 4, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Monday to hear a case brought against Federal Express Corp., alleging the company's performance review process discriminates against workers based on their age.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit gave new life to the lawsuit in March 2006 when it reversed most of a lower court 2002 ruling dismissing the suit.
