LCD-Buying Class Can't Expand In Antitrust MDL: Judge

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 8:23 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge refused Thursday to expand a class of indirect purchasers in antitrust litigation over liquid crystal display panels, declining to include an estimated $155 million in claims from individuals who bought products made by a slew of alleged co-conspirators.
