Foam Makers Fight MDL Judge’s Twombly, Iqbal Analysis

Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 6:18 PM EDT) -- Polyurethane foam manufacturers facing multidistrict antitrust litigation in Ohio federal court said Thursday that the Sixth Circuit should examine the lower court’s decision to allow allegations from a government probe to satisfy civil antitrust pleading standards under Twombly and Iqbal.
