Pfizer Units Escape Suit Over Hormone Treatments

Law360, New York (July 28, 2011, 7:56 PM EDT) -- A West Virginia federal jury on Thursday found that hormone therapy treatments made by two Pfizer Inc. subsidiaries did not cause a plaintiff’s breast cancer, siding with the pharmaceutical giant in a case tied to multidistrict litigation over the drugs.
