Disner Seeks Lead Role In BAR/BRI Suit

Law360 (June 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Erstwhile McGuireWoods LLP partner and antitrust attorney Eliot Disner is vying to become co-lead counsel for the plaintiffs in the class action antitrust case in which a brief critical of a proposed settlement reportedly cost him his job.
